Easy To Use:

Step 1. Press and Hold on 2 buttons for about 7 seconds at the same time until flash red and blue light nonstop. They will automatically connect.

Step 2. Find #TWS-K2# in your phone’s Bluetooth list. Click it to connect with your phone.

How to identify Host earbud(the Left Channel) and the secondary earbud(the Right Channel)?

(A) When you turn on 2 earbuds at the same time, they will automatically connect soon. Then remind you “Left Channel” and “Right channel” by voice.

(B) The Button on Left earbud for music play/pause; the button on Right earbud for Next song.

When used alone, The Host earbud(the Left hannel) could Connect With 2 Phones:

Step 1. Connect those 2 earbuds first.

Step 2. Connect with Phone A as normal steps.(Then you can find “TWS-K2” in its Paired devices)

Step 3. Turn off Phone A’s Bluetooth.

Step 4. Connect with Phone B as normal steps.(Then you can find “TWS-K2” in its Paired devices)

Step 5. Turn off the secondary earbud.

Step 6. Turn on Phone A, Find #TWS-K2# in its Bluetooth list. Click it to connect with phone A.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
